Point of sale for small business: POS Lite from $15 a month, or a custom build when you need more

POS Lite runs from $15 USD a month (three tiers, roughly $15, $20 and $30) with a 14-day free trial, no card and no setup fee: register, inventory with low-stock alerts, a shareable digital catalog, AI product photos and daily, weekly and monthly reports. Need tax invoicing, offline mode, store transfers or layaways? That is the custom tier, from $7,000 USD.

Who it’s for

Who it’s for

  • Small shops, boutiques and cafés that still ring up sales on a calculator or a notebook and want to start cheap, with nothing to install.
  • Owners who want today’s sales, what is running low and what sells most, without waiting for a closing report.
  • Businesses that need tax invoicing, offline selling, transfers between stores, layaways or pre-orders — those go straight to the custom tier.

Sound familiar?

Sound familiar?

  • A POS can’t cost more than what I take in a day.

POS Lite starts at $15 USD a month, no setup fee and a 14-day trial with no card. It runs on the phone, tablet or computer you already have — no mandatory hardware.

  • Loading my whole catalog will take me weeks.

The smart button looks the product up online and fills in name, price and image; the phone camera reads barcodes and AI removes the background from photos. You load a catalog in afternoons, not weeks.

  • I run out of stock and find out when a customer asks for it.

Inventory with low-stock alerts plus daily, weekly and monthly reports with your best sellers; export everything to CSV whenever you want.

  • My POS charges me $89 a month and still can’t do the one thing I need.

If the one thing is invoicing, offline mode, transfers, layaways or pre-orders, we build it: the custom tier is a system shaped around your flow, from $7,000 USD one time, no per-swipe fee from us.

  1. 20-minute call: what you sell, how many registers and locations, whether you invoice and how you run it today. We tell you whether POS Lite is enough or you need the custom tier.

  2. If it is POS Lite: start the 14-day trial with no card and we help you load the catalog with assisted entry.

  3. If it is custom: proposal with scope, price from $7,000 USD and a calendar; demo loaded with your real products.

  4. Hand-held first week and a 30-day review of drawers, inventory and reports.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does a POS system cost?

POS Lite runs $15 to $30 USD a month across three tiers, with no setup fee and a 14-day trial with no card. Free plans cap locations and features. A POS built around your operation — invoicing, true multi-location, offline mode — starts at $7,000 USD one time, with no per-swipe fee from us.

Does POS Lite do tax invoicing (CFDI)?

Not yet. If your customers ask for tax invoices, you want the custom tier, where invoicing is tied to the ticket with no document cap — that is what runs in production at Tadaima POS. We would rather tell you before you pay for a subscription that will not do what you actually need.

Does it work offline and across locations?

POS Lite needs a connection and handles multiple locations only on the higher tiers; it does not transfer stock between stores. Offline mode, transfers, layaways and pre-orders with deposits belong to the custom tier, from $7,000 USD — exactly what is in production at Tadaima POS.

What does POS Lite do that others don’t?

Three things that save hours: a smart button that searches the web and fills in a product’s name, price and image; AI that removes photo backgrounds so the catalog looks consistent; and a digital catalog you share with a link. All from a phone, with Face ID or Touch ID login.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It is yours: export products, sales and inventory to CSV any time, at no cost. On the custom tier the code and database are in your name by contract. It is the most common question we get, and the reason people stay stuck with a POS they hate.
