Who is responsible for your data
Impulso Digital Dorado, based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share with us through impulsodigitaldorado.com, the quote tool, WhatsApp and email. Write to hola@impulsodigitaldorado.com with any question about this notice.
What we collect
When you use the quote tool or contact us: name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address, company or business name, city, and the answers you give about your project (services of interest, business size, budget, urgency, language). If you choose to create an account to see your quotes in the client area, also a password, stored encrypted.
When you browse the site: anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, traffic source — including AI assistants —, device type, country). We also store, locally in your browser, your quote-tool progress and the visual mode you pick; that data does not leave your device until you submit the quote.
What we use it for
To quote and follow up on your request: prepare a proposal, contact you on WhatsApp or email, show your quotes in the client area if you created an account, and send the related confirmation emails. If you become a client, to deliver the contracted service, invoice and provide support.
With your consent, to occasionally send you information about our services; you can ask us to stop at any time by replying to the message or writing to hola@impulsodigitaldorado.com.
Browsing data is used in aggregate to understand which pages work and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. Only the providers needed to operate handle it with us: the hosting where the site and API live, the email delivery service, Google (Analytics 4) and WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to contact us there. When a project requires it and you authorize it, we may share your contact details with Brand Jungle, a partner agency we collaborate with on brand and marketing.
We may disclose data if required by law.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and their source. You can block measurement cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out extension; the site works the same. We use no advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
How long we keep it
Quotes and contact details are kept while there is a business relationship or a legitimate interest in following up, and up to 24 months after the last interaction if no project materializes; client data, for the duration of the relationship and the applicable tax periods. You can request deletion earlier.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent by writing to hola@impulsodigitaldorado.com with your name and the channel you used to contact us. We respond within 20 business days at most. If you have a client-area account, you can change your password and request removal from there. Residents of California and other jurisdictions with specific privacy laws can exercise the same rights through the same address.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we will publish the new version on this page with the update date. This document describes in plain language what we do with your data; it is not legal advice.
