An event venue in Tijuana operating since 1981, up to 500 guests. The old site was a template neither Google nor AI engines could read. We rebuilt it with one URL per event type, structured FAQs, English pages for San Diego families and AI-bot permissions. Three weeks in: Google position 9 → 6, +33 % visitors and the first real visits from ChatGPT.

See case studyTadaima is our own product: a multi-store POS in production for a chain of electronics, accessories and manga stores in Tijuana. Pre-orders with deposits, layaways, per-user drawer cuts, transfers, inventory per warehouse, audited promotions, reports and roles; keeps selling offline; public catalog and online store on the same inventory. Its catalog is managed by talking to an AI assistant — that is where "websites that listen" was born.
