Quotes and published pricing
The ranges published on the site and the estimate the quote tool returns are indicative: they tell you the order of magnitude of your project before we talk. The final price is set in the written proposal, which includes scope, deliverables, calendar and payment terms. Prices in USD are invoiced without Mexican taxes unless the law requires otherwise; prices in MXN are plus VAT. We update ranges periodically and publish the date.
Scope and changes
Each project is executed according to the scope of the approved proposal. Anything outside it is quoted separately and only done if you approve it; no additional charge appears on the invoice without your prior written authorization (email or WhatsApp).
Payments
Projects are paid 50 % on proposal approval and 50 % on delivery, unless the proposal sets another schedule for phased work. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and can be paused or cancelled by notice before the next billing date, with no penalty. We accept wire, ACH and card, in USD or MXN, and issue an invoice for each payment.
Ownership of the work
Once the project is paid in full, the code, design, content and database built for you are yours. Domain, hosting, Analytics, Search Console, app-store accounts and other services are opened in your name from the start or transferred to your name on delivery. You can export your data at any time at no cost. We keep the right to reuse generic components and know-how that contain none of your confidential information, and to show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Deliveries, warranty and support
We work with weekly deliveries visible on a staging URL and a calendar in the proposal. Delivered work carries a 3-month warranty from delivery to fix, at no cost, any defect in what we built; the warranty does not cover scope changes, content you modify, or failures of third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, platforms). Support on WhatsApp and email is provided during business hours (Monday to Friday, Pacific time); maintenance afterwards is optional and agreed in writing.
Visibility results
We do not guarantee specific Google positions or mentions in AI assistants: they depend on third parties. We do commit to executing what was agreed, to measuring with Search Console, Analytics and prompt logs, and to delivering a monthly report with evidence and an action plan when you hire a visibility plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel a project in progress by written notice; work completed to date is invoiced according to the proposal calendar and what has been built is delivered to you. For monthly plans, cancellation applies at the next billing date. In both cases you keep your data and accounts.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico; the Spanish version prevails in case of any difference with the English one. This document does not replace the proposal or the signed contract, which prevail over it.
