OKKO is an architecture and design studio with two firms: KOI (contemporary architecture) and KOA (functional design). We built a bilingual site with dark, cinematic art direction, a private portfolio behind an access code and structured data that explains the brand-within-brand relationship to Google. Launching.

The challenge
The challenge
Two firms with their own personality under one house, a portfolio that cannot be public because of client agreements, and an aesthetic no template could hold: brand, privacy and search had to be solved at once.
What we did
- Bilingual Spanish/English site with dark, cinematic art direction, custom typography and pacing.
- Brand architecture on the site: OKKO as the house, KOI and KOA as firms with their own section and voice.
- Private portfolio: projects open with an access code the studio hands to each prospect.
- Organization structured data with two child brands and a project list, so search engines and assistants understand who is who.
- Photography and video optimized for fast mobile loading without losing the atmosphere.
